Dorris Beach House Two Palms is a beautifully decorated and updated castle cabana right on the beach. The main floor features a guest bathroom and a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. Upstairs is another bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bedroom with two queen-sized beds. Not only do three of the four bedrooms have their own full en-suite bathroom, but all of them offer ample storage, and smart TVs. You can walk right onto the deck into the breathtaking view from each bedroom. The well-designed kitchen features quality and ample cooking supplies suitable for a family cook-off or quick appetizers. Being able to walk out into the beach view from either the kitchen or living room makes it fabulous for entertaining, relaxing, or just being together. Did you forget something? Stores are 1/3 mile away. Whether it�s couples, families, or a large group wanting a balance of company and solitude, the back stairs connect directly to the beach from any room. Parking for up to four vehicles and full-size washer/dryer are just a couple of amenities that make it extra easy to focus on enjoying the beautiful surroundings. No cable, all TVs are smart to stream your favorite entertainment. After a wonderful day, watch the sunset from a VIP seat on the decks as you listen to the waves wash against the shores. You are sure to make wonderful lasting memories from your stay at this serene beach-side oasis.

St. Joe Beach and Beacon Hill offer miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Cape's protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, a safe haven for swimmers of all ages. Public boardwalks and trails to the beach are peppered along the road. Veteran's Memorial Park in Beacon Hill offers plenty of safe parking and is known for its panoramic, elevated view overlooking the Gulf. Keep an eye on the clock because it changes suddenly without much fanfare. Beacon Hill borders Bay County where the local time zone switches to Central.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
