Sea Breeze Beach House is a 3 bedroom, beautifully appointed home located on Hutchinson Island on the Treasure Coast. Nestled among other beach houses, in a 5 star gated resort community called Nettles Island, is this peaceful oasis of relaxation. Nettles Island is surrounded by the Intracoastal Waterway and directly across from the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean with private access to the sand beach. Take advantage of the oversized heated ocean pool (overlooking the beach and ocean), snack bar and washroom facilities.
Sea Breeze has all the comforts of home. Come enjoy a leisurely stroll on the beach, a refreshing swim in the pool(s) or some family activities around Nettles and the surrounding area. There is always something to keep you busy at Nettles. It is a gorgeous location and it books quickly.

We love our piece of paradise in Nettles Island and you will too! We are thrilled that we can share our coveted space with you as you seek a rejuvenating holiday away from the pressures of everyday life. We are at a stage in life where we have more flexibility to travel, explore and find special treasures like this beach house on Hutchinson Island.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We had been coming to Nettles for a few years before we made the decision to buy our own place. We were ecstatic about purchasing our first beach house - Ocean Breeze - in 2013 and now our newest property - Sea Breeze - in 2021! Nettles Island has become like a second home for our family. Our kids have grown up spending their vacation time at Nettles and they anxiously look forward to returning every year.

Sea Breeze stands out as a special place since it offers 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. With over 1600 sq ft, this home is especially spacious and allows you to spread out and enjoy some private space while unwinding from a fun-filled day. The large master bedroom has its own ensuite and walk-in closet. You can also enjoy a steaming cup of coffee or tea from the balcony off the master bedroom with glimpses of the morning sunrise. The other two generously sized bedrooms share a jack & jill bathroom. For added convenience, there is a powder room on the main floor.
This fantastic house boasts an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The large windows allow for an abundance of natural light to shine through all the rooms. This beach house has everything you need for a 'home away from home'.
We love that Sea Breeze is centrally located within Nettles. It is a short distance to either the clubhouse and recreation area as well as the marina and shops. The beach is an enjoyable walk from the house (or you have the option of driving your car and parking at the private beach access).
Come bask in the warmth of the Florida sun and delight in the sand between your toes!
