Arrival possible from 3 p.m. independently via a connected lock and all information provided 48 hours before arrival. Independent departure also until 11 a.m., possible until 1 p.m. with a supplement of 18E, to be requested and paid the day before departure at the latest.

Professional cleaning is carried out before each arrival to ensure the cleanliness and disinfection of the apartment and linen.

Parties and any noisy events (loud music, etc.) disrupting the neighborhood are prohibited. Smoking is also strictly prohibited in the apartment.

Any non-compliance with these rules will result in a fine.
