HOW IS THE KEY DELIVERED?
The reception and the handing over of the keys is done on site from 4 p.m. or before if your accommodation is already ready.

HOUSEHOLD IS INCLUDED:
End-of-stay cleaning does not include the kitchen (dishes, fridge, hobs... stored, cleaned), trash cans to be thrown away, and any ashes and glass from the fireplace.

Linen is not included in this reservation: you must bring your own linen.
This service is offered as an option. To be booked directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis at €27.5 per person
NB: The width of the beds is indicated in the description of the accommodation. The beds are equipped with square duvets and pillows (standard single duvet 140 x 190, standard double duvet 220 x 240).


ARE ANIMALS ACCEPTED?
We do not accept Cats
A maximum of 1 dog can be accepted on request and under 3 conditions:
- Guests must remove hair upon departure (= You will need to vacuum)
- They are prohibited from sofa, bed, armchair etc...
- They cannot stay alone in the apartment.
It may sound rigid, but we've had too much abuse. Thank you for understanding.


GOOD TO KNOW, CHALET RULES et CONDITIONS
- The accommodation is non-smoking and no noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Departure time is 10 a.m. maximum
- Don't forget your checkbook for the security deposit (not cashed)
- Another particularity of the accommodation: you do not have the entire chalet but only the ground floor. The jacuzzi, the fitness room and the sauna are exclusively for this apartment
