This place has worked out nicely the last 2 stays. I travel to Seattle for work, so I mostly just need a place to sleep. The basement is set up really nicely for the most part, and a lot of effort was put into the decor to the extend that I'd expect from a budget-friendly VRBO.
The weird, partially walled-off doorways that would lead to other parts of the house (like the blocked off stairwell) are offputting at first, but I got used to it once I settled in.
The only real complaint I have is that there is a lot of activity between 7 and 8 in the morning. Sounds like kids running across the house, and you hear every creaking, thudding footstep. As someone who tends to work long, late days, that wasn't ideal and did get really irritating.
Besides that, the hosts are very helpful and communicative and the other amenities are functional, which is all I require.
