Our street has speed bumps and pedestrian walks. I have personally stayed there many times. My Condo in downtown Naples was flooded out twice during Hurricanes and I stayed there for months even through the busy season. There is more traffic during the winter month when people come from the North. i mostly spend time in the screened lanai watching TV and it never bothered me when people drove by. Keep in mind this is a tourist destination. There will be other people beside you who are enjoying the Paradise Coast. If you absolutely need solitude you need to rent east of route 75. This is farm country and it will take you 45 minutes to an hour to go to the beach or enjoy any amenities Naples has to offer.

Clean and modest but in the middle of the BEST location!

Super clean. Location couldn’t be better and safe and convenient and in the middle of very expensive homes. It is modest but the price is very good.
