Unit is located within Marenas Beach Resort, a luxury oceanfront resort located in Sunny Isles Beach. With the $35 daily resort fee paid at check-in, guests can enjoy of the private pool, private beach access with towels, umbrellas and chairs, fitness center, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and business center. Hotel also has meeting spaces for any private events and it also contains 1 restaurant and 2 bars. Resort is located within a short distance of many attractions in Miami. Should you have a vehicle, there is a $35 valet parking fee to be paid at property.

Everything about our stay here was perfect except for the rainy weather. The place was gorgeous and the views were nothing short of amazing! The beach was stunning as well. The employees were top-notch, providing excellent customer service. My family and I would love to come back!

Oceanfront Condo

After visiting Biscayne Bay National Park, we stayed two nights at the condo. The view is magnificent. The condo is well stocked with all you need to make your stay comfortable. Just know that you are changed a daily fee for amenities and there is a valet parking fee. We would definitely stay at the condo again.

Amazing stay!!

This apartment was everything we needed!! It was beautiful, clean, right on the water, and everything we could have hoped for, for 4 adults, 5 days. Check in and out was easy. Super quick ride from airport. Can’t wait to return!

Nice location on the beach

Water for showers was never hot. We were not told about the complimentary breakfasts. My family objected to the clowingly sweet smell in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay.

Ocean views!!!

The location was great. Could walk to several restaurants, pharmacy, ice cream, coffee shops, and souvenir shops. Place was very clean and just as described. Amenities were all great and condo service was very quick. Ocean view and pretty city view as well. We would love to come back!!

Pre cruise 2 night stay

We (3 couples) stayed here for two nights pre cruise. Immaculate condo, plenty of room for all of us. Views were spectacular , beach was beautiful. Was not familiar with area, easy walk to stores (grocery, liquor,pharmacy and beach supply stores) and restaurants. Our room was ready when we arrived (noon) which was a nice surprise. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Girls’ Trip

We stayed at this property from Sunday to Friday. I had my mom and my 4 teenage daughters. Beautiful resort! I love that beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are included so we did not have to travel with them. There was help everywhere! I just wish I would have been prepared for tip money ahead of time. I did not realize it was a resort and mistakenly assumed it was more of a self-serve property like we usually book. The check-in process was not complicated, but the system was down when we arrived at 2 o’clock in the morning, so we did have to hang out in the car for an additional 20 minutes. My only suggestion would be more instructions upon check-in. I had no idea of the amenities. Wonderful experience and my girls were all sad to leave!

Beautiful suite!!

We loved this 2 bedroom suite! The views could not be beat, and for the location on the water I thought the price was excellent. The amenities at the Marenas are also great- comfy beach chairs, umbrellas, there is a pool, hot tub, games for the kids outside and indoors, valet is included which was so nice, staff were very friendly, beds were very comfortable, it's super close to Aventura restaurants and shopping, grocery store within walking distance... The only reason I gave 4 stars to check-in instead of 5 is because we were told we could stay on a lower floor, but when we got there, they put us on the 23rd floor, and we were only able to go to a lower floor the 2nd night, which meant that of course we needed to pack everything up! So we did not love that but we would for sure stay here again!!

Overall, a good trip

The resort was absolutely beautiful. The room was great very clean awesome view. The only thing I really disliked over the whole trip is the pool was only open till 6 PM don’t understand why a resort would close their pool at 6 PM and the first night I did not know that it closed at six and I went out there. There was a shorter African-American gentleman that looked like he worked in the kitchen came out and was extremely rude. told the front desk about it and they told me I should’ve known the rules. Their customer service skills were definitely lacking. other than that, the place was great

Overall GREAT but HUGE SAFETY CONCERN

The unit itself was beautiful and awesome.We were on the 26th floor and had a jacuzzi upstairs (outside). Unfortunately, we were there during a time Florida had serious rains and hurricane winds. Our biggest CONCERN is that we got stuck in an elevator for 35 minutes (between the 10th and 11th floors). The emergency system in the elevator failed and we had no way to contact anyone. There were five of us stuck in this elevator. All of us with AT&T had no service on our phones. One of us had Verizon and we were able to call 911 but lost contact with them as well. Once the fire department responded and got us out of the elevator, not one staff member was present to check on us, or apologize, or offer something (comp) as a means of trying to make up for this horrible scary experience.

Perfect stay with stunning views!

We had a great stay at this property! The location is perfect—close to everything. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the stunning views from the balconies—absolutely breathtaking! I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Great view

Nice view! (19th floor) Beach chairs too close together and lots of seaweed in April. No swimming for us. Pool is too small but outdoor bar is cute with great drinks. Checkin was after 4 although resort knew we’d be there around 2. Not much to walk to that interested us or our kids.

Beautiful place and a great location. The only complaint we had was that there was no mention of an additional resort fee of 35 and a daily 35 parking fee. So plan on 70 extra per day plus taxes. This should be included in the property description. Other than that, a great place.

Impressive place for the price

I’m very impressed of this place Located in prime of Sunny isles just by Porsche and Bentley buildings.Personal of valet parking is 100% and at the lounge bar is a guy called Chistian 200%.To tell the thru my family and myself visit the bar every night for that guy Cristian.This place is very recordable.
