With the $35 daily resort fee paid at check-in, guests can enjoy of the private pool, private beach access with towels, umbrellas and chairs, fitness center, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and business center. Hotel also has meeting spaces for any private events and it also contains 1 restaurant and 2 bars. Resort is located within a short distance of many attractions in Miami. Should you have a vehicle, there is a $35 valet parking fee to be paid at property.

We had a great stay at this property! The location is perfect—close to everything. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. Everything about our stay here was perfect except for the rainy weather. The place was gorgeous and the views were nothing short of amazing! The beach was stunning as well. The employees were top-notch, providing excellent customer service. My family and I would love to come back!

Exactly as perfect as the photos show!

The views are amazing, the room is tucked away. The other bedroom is in a B suit which as great for multiple families! Excellent all over.

Beautiful place and a great location. The only complaint we had was that there was no mention of an additional resort fee of 35 and a daily 35 parking fee. So plan on 70 extra per day plus taxes. This should be included in the property description. Other than that, a great place.

Great location

Fantastic location near the beach for a family vacation. A few stores and restaurants are walkable, though Collins is a busy road as a heads up. Overall we had a great time and would go back.

Oceanfront Condo

After visiting Biscayne Bay National Park, we stayed two nights at the condo. The view is magnificent. The condo is well stocked with all you need to make your stay comfortable. Just know that you are changed a daily fee for amenities and there is a valet parking fee. We would definitely stay at the condo again.

Beautiful property

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Clean, welcoming, space with incredible views. Great beach service, nice restaurant downstairs in the building or many other restaurants located within walking distance. The property manager was very friendly and responsive to questions we had prior to our arrival. Highly recommend this place.

This apartment was everything we needed!! It was beautiful, clean, right on the water, and everything we could have hoped for, for 4 adults, 5 days. Check in and out was easy. Super quick ride from airport. Can’t wait to return!

Nice location on the beach

Water for showers was never hot. We were not told about the complimentary breakfasts. My family objected to the clowingly sweet smell in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay.
