Located in a residence with a collective swimming pool near the Grazel beach, this house can accommodate 6 people (+ baby).

A first terrace facing north/east is located at the entrance of the house. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment), table, sofa and a bathroom with Italian shower and WC. Babybed and child booster seat are in the house.
The south/west facing terrace has an awning, garden furniture with 6 chairs, charcoal barbecue, 2 sun loungers, and a small storeroom.
On the first floor, a corridor leads to a shower room with shower cubicle and WC, a bedroom with double bed (160x200) and another bedroom with bunk beds and double bed (140x190), with cupboards and extra air conditioning.
Located 300m from the Grazel beach, 1km from the port of Gruissan with its shops and restaurants, the Bora-Bora residence with its swimming pool is ideal for discovering the village of Gruissan with family or friends!
