The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Agde, this charming air-conditioned apartment at less than one kilometer of the beach, with swimming pool shared within the residence, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accommodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a garden of about 12 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, double sofa bed and double folding bed (140x190)
- A kitchenette equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even more comfort : washing machine and iron.

Outside :
- A garden of 12 m² with a semi-covered terrace and outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

Common areas :
- A heated swimming pool open from April to October. Opening dates not contractual.

The apartment is ideally located in Agde, in a very pleasant environment. In the heart of Cap d'Agde, you will be only 50 meters away on foot from the private beach of the island, from public transportation and from the city center where you will find all amenities: bakery, butcher shop, mini-markets, stores, restaurants, bars, markets and night activities.

- Relaxation on the private beach of the marina or water activities: boat rides, paddle, jet-ski etc..
- Visit of wine estates and tasting of regional products.
- Visit of the city of Agde : Cathedral Saint-Etienne, museums, river port etc.

- You will be able to park directly on the parking space reserved for the apartment that can accommodate one vehicle.
- Nearest train station : Agde located at 6 km (10 min by car).
- Nearest airport: Béziers-Cap d'Agde located at 15 km (16 min by car).

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in addition (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates of the swimming pool are not contractual.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the person in charge of the reception. An additional fee may be requested.
