Hidden Gem! Steps to Pass-a-Grille Beach, Pets Ok

We are grateful to share that this beautiful upstairs cottage unit is Guest Ready!! It was not damaged by the storms and we are excited to start taking reservations again! Many establishments throughout the Gulf Beach areas have reopened. Your stay provides the much needed support our local businesses appreciate and need as they recover.

Please note that there is renovation work ongoing to the downstairs cottage.

This guesthouse, located behind the owners' own beautiful home, has a prime location between beautiful Pass-a-Grille beach (< 2 blocks) and the intercoastal, just 6 blocks from historic downtown. This second floor unit is bright and airy w/ Key West vibes and a charming balcony. Beautiful wood floors throughout, a bright kitchen w/ everything you need, a comfortable and clean living space, pullout sofa and futon for extra guests and a stocked kitchen. We include beach equipment for you!

Get ready to relax and enjoy the island life at this "Key West" style guest house! Located behind owners beautiful house, you will park and walk up stairs to your second floor unit (small balcony is all yours!). Upon entering the home, you will see a spacious and bright living space, dining area and a 2nd sitting area. The kitchen is set up for you to be able to cook your meals, or enjoy the restaurants this area has to offer if you prefer. The bedroom and bath are also spacious, with comfy queen bed and plenty of closet space. Downstairs, there is a laundry and storage space (shared with the downstairs guest house) where you will find a washer and dryer, beach chairs, an umbrella, beach wagon.

Guests have full and private access to this unit of the guest house (there are two units with separate outdoor entrances). Guests also have access to a storage/laundry room with beach equipment, which is shared with the other guest house.

Pass-A-Grille is quiet and charming, known for its beautiful white sand beaches and historic downtown area. Within walking (or biking) distance is 8th Ave with its beachy boutiques and upscale restaurants, many casual dining & seafood options, and most notably the beach! The streets are quiet and safe, offering guests the opportunity to experience the island lifestyle!
- It is asked that you are respectful of owners, nearby neighbors, and other cottage guests by being reasonably quiet from 10pm-8am
- No smoking inside the cottage, though you may smoke outside
- Pet fee ($100) and advance notice are required if bringing a dog or other pet. Pets must be friendly and get along with other animals, on leash when outside, cannot do damage to condo or furnishings and it is expected that you will pick up your pets waste.
- No parties or loud music.
- Linens are provided, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests.
- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we as that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents unwanted pests and odors.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
