Enter its living room with its lounge area (flat screen TV) and its dining area. Prepare good meals in its fully equipped kitchen: 3 induction hobs, hood, electric oven, microwave, NESPRESSO coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with a freezer section, dishwasher...
A laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and its central steam.
On the night side, you have a parental suite with a 160cm bed and its bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
A second room with 1 bed in 160cm
A second and third bedroom communicating by a common bathroom. (the 2nd with 1 bed in 160cm and the 3rd with 2 beds in 90cm).
An independent toilet.
Enjoy the sunny terrace, a moment of relaxation... for meals outside or a reading break...
A little dip in the pool, you want to? Its 4m x 8m pool will allow you to refresh yourself as soon as you get up.
No panic for the children, it is secured: rigid shutter of protection!
You have a private parking space located in front of the garage of the house.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
