We are located at the very hard of San Pancho, Nayarit, a couple of blocks away from the beach and close to Tercer Mundo main street. If you decide to walk around to explore you can find nearby restaurants, cafes, bars, and cultural activities. Mexico is well known for having beautiful beaches and San Pancho is not an exception, clean water, hot sand, and the beautiful sound of the waves will be waiting for you a few steps away.

Dishonest and disappointing

My main concern in writing this review was my experience in trying to shorten my stay. The unit had an awful smell to it. Part of it was the glade plug-in air scent thing but there was something else that their plug in was masking. I opened all the windows and door to air it out and left for the whole afternoon. I came back just before bedtime and it still smelled. I have chemical sensitivities so I also unplugged the glade plug-in thing. I could not sleep and felt ill the next day. I communicated with the property manager and he initially was very understanding and agreed to let me change my reservation and leave early. After I checked out, he told me that he couldn’t figure out how to refund the remaining expense. I called vrbo and they explained that he could refund the money and they agreed to send him an email helping him do this. They cced me in the correspondence so I know it happened. I was disappointed that he agreed to change my reservation and then didn’t refund my money. I was already gone by the time he told me that he could not do the refund. As for the unit, it was okay. The main picture on the add is not the unit and the area is under construction. It was not easy to see where to go. It’s inexpensive construction with little character. The kitchen doesn’t have much to make it useful- very limited pots, pans, utensils. Not homey like so many other rental units. I wish I had better things to say but lost a lot of money in renting this place.

Ok room.

Lots of noise from Africa. Will look for a different location next year. Information stated it was a 2 bedroom, not a one bedroom with a futon. Would have been very inconvenient if all parties would have attended. Otherwise it was a good spot.

Great accommodation, met expectations

We really enjoyed this condo. The dual AC/temp controlled areas was nice, the couch comfortable and location great. (We recommend coffee just up the hill at Marii hotel.). I would be nit picking with any negative feedback and for the price we thought this was great:)

Great location in San Pancho

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. One that was easy to call home for a month, that came as advertised and very good communication if there ever was an issue. San Pancho is a very chill relaxing town, so happy we got to enjoy it before the high season.

Amazing town, amazing stay. perfectly described in description

We had the best time in San Pancho! Amazing food, community, access to the beach etc. Juan was such a great host, very responsive. Made check-in super easy, even provided us with a cooler and umbrella upon request (same day!). Had a cleaning service half way through stay, which was an unexpected surprise. AC worked great. Perfect location: close enough to town/beach but far enough away to not be in the middle of everything at night. ONLY downside was the street noise was a little loud with cars driving by. Everything else was superb. We'll be back again!
