The swimming pool is visible from the apartment, so you can enjoy swimming at any time (depending on the opening hours of course!). The apartment is ideally designed to accommodate a couple. The sleeping area benefits from a 140x190 storage bed, with a large dressing room (presence of the washing machine in the dressing room) and a wall-mounted TV. The kitchen area is functional and very well equipped (dishwasher, microwave, pyrolysis oven, induction hob), a dining area (table, chairs), a TV corner with a sofa. The bathroom/WC has a walk-in shower. The proximity of shops and the beach (750m walk) make this residence a paradise for all those who want to combine the peace and quiet of a car-free holiday.
