This spectacular duplex contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located in the beautiful urbanisation of Puerto Alto.

The penthouse, facing south, consists of a very spacious and tastefully decorated living room with 1 sofa, a dining table with 6 seats and a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. It contains a large terrace equipped with some armchairs and a small table, a dining table with 6 chairs and an outside terrace with a Milanese bed, which you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Additional extras include free WiFi, air conditioning, linens, beach towels, and satellite [hidden] complex has two community pools, where you can cool off. Opening hour of the swimming pools, depending on the season varies.

The apartment is just a short walk from the port of Estepona which offers an excellent selection of restaurants and bars. The picturesque whitewashed old town with its beautiful Spanish-style plazas is just a short walk down the boulevard.

The quiet residential development of Puerto Alto has 2 beautiful sandy beaches on its doorstep, Playa de la Rada and Playa del Cristo, the latter is a quiet bay perfect for families. Close to the picturesque promenade which is dotted with fantastic fish restaurants.

Estepona is an attractive seaside resort, and outdoor family activities abound in the area; karting, cycling, golf, horse riding, water sports and hiking. Very well connected with the A-7 coast road and the AP-7 motorway. A short drive to Selwo Aventura, the outdoor animal park with zebras and lions. The perfect vacation pied-a-terre.
