This contemporary style apartment is available for short term rental. Located in the much in demand community of Puerto Alto and next to the port of Estepona. Moments to all the townÂŽs conveniences, the pretty marina, and the tranquil beaches of Playa de la Rada and Playa del Cristo.
This elegantly designed property offers an abundance of natural light. On entry, there is a hallway, and to the right is a modern kitchen fitted with all the necessary appliances such as an oven, coffee maker, kettle and fridge freezer. Ahead is an airy living room with a 3 seater sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, and a dining room. The 2 bedrooms include plenty of closet space and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other 2 single beds, both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The property features an expansive south-facing terrace with comfortable terrace furniture and incredible panoramic views towards the Mediterranean sea. Additional extras include a washing machine, beach towels, free wifi and satellite television.
The secure and gated residential urbanisation of Puerto Alto has tropical gardens, and 2 well-sized outdoor pools with sunbathing areas and parasols (opening hours may vary depending of the season). Nearby is the beautiful palm tree lined beachfront promenade dotted with fantastic fish eateries. A short stroll from all the must-have amenities; shops, international restaurants with English menus, supermarkets, banks, and medical centres. The old town with its picturesque Spanish style squares and tapas bars is a pleasant and short walk along the boulevard.
Estepona is a lovely coastal resort with plentiful outdoor activities in the surrounding area; golf, cycling, karting, horseback riding, tennis, water-sports and museums. Minutes from the A-7 coast road and the AP-7 motorway. A short car journey to Selwo Aventura, a fun open-air animal park with zebras and lions, Puerto de La Duquesa, Puerto Banus and Marbella.
