Stay in this pretty semi-detached villa with a "bohemian" atmosphere located in the heart of the Cala Rossa estate, in Lecci in Southern Corsica.
Only 200m from the private beach of Cala Rossa, this villa is composed of 3 bedrooms and two shower rooms.

INTERIOR
The villa has a nice cozy living room with adjoining kitchen overlooking the terrace facing the sea.
The kitchen also gives access to an outdoor back terrace with barbecue / gas plancha and dining area. Ideal for protecting yourself from the sun in summer.
The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, oven, microwave, kettle, juicer, slicer, electric plancha extra)
An independent shower room and toilets are located on the ground floor.
On the first floor :
Bedroom 1: 2 * beds in 90 * 200 – possibility of gluing the beds to make a King Size bed in 180 * 200. Terrace facing the sea. Air conditioning.
Bedroom 2: 2 * beds in 90 * 200 – possibility of gluing the beds to make a King Size bed in 180 * 200. Air conditioning.
A bathroom with independent bathtub and toilet.
On the top floor :
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 140 * 200 with private terrace. Air conditioning.
Attention :
- Stairs are necessary to access the rooms. No room on the ground floor.
- No WIFI – 4G only

EXTERIOR
A first terrace facing the sea with bench and table for lunch. Parasol available.
A rear terrace is also available at the back with table, barbecue /gas plancha and outdoor shower.
Access to the beach is a 5-minute walk via the paths of the private domain.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A deposit of 500 euros will be requested and will be returned after checking the accommodation.
