A mixed bag, some good and some not so good
Property is in an older development in Palm Mar. Has underground parking bay, located 200 yards from Supermarkets and cafes and Pizzeria.The property is gated and a mix of residential and holiday homes. Exterior is clean and maintained.Pool area was great but no umbrellas for shade. Plenty of sunbeds and has poolside showers and toilets. Its is perfect for both a family holiday or a quiet getaway.The apartment was ground floor with terrace. Terrace had no sun until 4-6pm and the once good quality furniture was dated and unused in our stay.The apartment needs updating. Wifi and large TV are perfect however. Beds were comfortable but not luxury. Flat was going for the shabby chic, beachcomber with some IKEA look and it probably looked good 20 years ago... Sadly it was needing an update.Keys handover and communication with agent was faultless. Agent lives nearby so is easy to contact.Having had several previous visits to Palm Mar we were familiar with the area. There is ongoing building work next to the apartment and some noise can be heard, but it wasnt very loud during our stay and didnt cause any problems.You will need a car to get about and the airport is an easy 20 minute drive. The Adeje cost and golf areas are on your doorstep so lots of easily accessable options all within 20-30 minutes drive.I have tried to be honest in this review and it was a decent price for a two bed apartment, but it did have some issues that should be addressed.
