Central AC! Close to beaches, bike trail and Nickerson park! Perfect for kids!
Beautiful, peaceful Cape Cod getaway! We bought this home in 2020 and it was our quarantine project to update and renovate to be our dream beach vacation property. There are 4 bedrooms including one that doubles as an office. It is great for anyone who wants to get away and spend time at the beach but still needs a work from home setup!
Bedroom setups are as follows:
1. Full bed
2. Twin bed and twin trundle
3. Queen bed, twin bed, twin bunks
4. King bed
There are two full bathrooms with tubs, one on each floor. We have central air and a wood burning fire pit in the backyard to enjoy s'mores on those warm nights! We have a newly installed outdoor shower right off the back porch. In addition to a Peloton bike, we have a home gym complete with weight sets on the lower level. Our street dead ends into Nickerson state park with lots of hiking trails, access to lakes and swimming ponds and the bike trail. We have two adult bikes available for your use in our walk out basement.
We are less than 2 miles to the beach and a 5 min drive to several other beaches nearby! Oceans Edge resort is a beautiful property down the road with several restaurants and bars for an enjoyable evening out. Come spend the summer relaxing in beautiful Cape Cod! The house is centrally located to all the Cape has to offer. I am sure you will love the property as much as we do.

Hello! I am a full time Boston resident who always dreamed of owning a Cape property. Well, that dream became a reality in 2020 when I decided to purchase a home in Brewster to make my quarantine project. I have spent the past 6+ months renovating and making the home a dream vacation spot. I can't wait to share it with you!
