Walk into our virtually brand new house in Burnet, TX on Lake LBJ. Situated on the upper Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ, we are 20 steps away from a day of fun on the lake. Fully loaded with new appliances, comfortable beds, quality linens and kitchenwares, you will feel right at home.

The house is lake front and is literally as close as you can get to the lake. Enjoy cool mornings on the patio or the balcony as you take in the sights and sounds of the premiere lake in the Texas Hill Country.
The house is fully equipped, with lake towels, 2 outdoor Grills, 3 kayaks, 3 paddleboards, fully loaded kitchen complete with spices and seasonings so all you need to do is pack your swimsuits and sunblock.
All bedrooms are equipped with 50* TVs and high end quality bed linens.
All towels shampoo\conditioner, body wash and hair dryers included

Welcome to Breeze Terrace hosted by Greg and Liz! Having fallen in love with the beauty of Lake LBJ, we decided to make this peaceful retreat our own in mid-2020. We are a family of four, residing just outside of bustling Austin, Texas. It's our pleasure to share our little slice of heaven with guests. We take great joy in seeing others appreciate the tranquil surroundings and amenities of Breeze Terrace, just as we do. We hope you have an unforgettable stay and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Breeze Terrace is truly unique! It offer something for everyone with plenty to do! It is near major attractions yet is off the beaten path from the everyday hustle and bustle! We have recently done a full update on the property adding many upscale amenities including a new 2 stall boat house that can house your boat both big or small! In fact it can hold up to 8500 lbs! Just up the road from us is a boat and jet ski rental place. Please let us know if you need more information!
