The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in L'Ăle-Rousse, this charming air-conditioned apartment of a surface of 45 mÂČ and being able to accommodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 20 mÂČ, an open equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
Living space :
- A living room of 20 mÂČ with TV, a double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooking plates...
Night space :
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Outside :
- A terrace of about 12mÂČ exposed East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The apartment is ideally located in L'Ăle-Rousse, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Visit of the village of Balagne
- Climbing
- Hiking
Transportation :
- You will be able to park for free in the parking lot of the residence.
- Nearest train station : Calvi (About 35 min).
- Nearest airport : Calvi (About 30 min).
