## Neighborhood

Ideally located just a stone's throw from Labenne train station, you can get around on foot and enjoy the town in complete peace of mind. Located in a quiet area, you will have easy access to cafes, shops and restaurants. An 1 hour walk away (or a 20min drive), you can discover the Marais d'Orx National Nature Reserve, enjoy the Acquatic Landes, the largest water park on the south coast of Aquitaine, visit the zoo of Labenne, or go treetop trekking at the Robinson Park. If you take the bicycle path on the Avenue de l'Océan at the foot of the accommodation, you will be able to reach the must-see Central Beach of Labenne (10 minutes by bike) and enjoy its activities. Lastly, if you feel like it, you can reach Bayonne in 20 minutes by car and Biarritz in 30 minutes.
