Baby equipment. Shaded courtyard. Surface area: 77 mÂČ. NEARBY: In a quiet area 200 m from the city centre. South Beach 600 m away. Grande Plage or North Beach 700 m away. Bus station 800 m away and SNCF train station 6.3 km away, Rochefort thermal baths 15 min away. TO BE PAID on arrival: âŹ500 security deposit for the rental, âŹ100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets âŹ12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels âŹ12 per week, set of 2 bath mats âŹ7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) âŹ7 per week.
