Recently renovated, this spacious dwelling with hardwood flooring throughout, features tasteful antique furnishings and is decorated in an eclectic style, including a sunny, open kitchen/living area (1000+ sq. feet) and a magnificent dining table ready to seat up to 10 guests! Adjacent to the living area, is a bedroom/office complete with bunk beds. Also on this level is a large washroom.
On the top floor are three large bedrooms, two have antique beds, armoires and personal seating. A third bedroom features a sofa bed plus an single bed. On this floor, a grand main bathroom with Italian shower and antique fixtures completes the ambiance.
Internet connection, Smart TV and Bose Speaker are available for entertainment. A baby kit is also available (crib and highchair).âšâšYou will be delighted with this chic environment at the center of the Marciac, a short walk to shops, galleries, cinema, a live music venue âLâAstradaâ, local swimming pool and lake, walking and running paths and several excellent restaurants.
