Close to Saint Sever, Eugénie-les-Bains, and Mont de Marsan, you're in Eyres-Moncube, a village in Chalosse. You can reach the beach just 45 minutes away, and explore the Pyrenees and the Basque Coast in an hour by car. Stay at the Larmirail gîte, a detached vacation home where you can enjoy the private, unfenced outdoor space, with a terrace and garden furniture, as well as its courtyard and garden. Entirely on the ground floor, this rental offers: - a modernly furnished living room, - a fully fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, and refrigerator-freezer. - The living room is very cozy, colorful, and warm, with its TV area and Wi-Fi. - The sleeping area offers three very comfortable bedrooms with large beds: two queen-size beds (160x200 cm) and two single beds (90x200 cm). - The bathroom includes a shower room, sink, and for your convenience, a separate toilet. One of the outbuildings houses a washing machine and dryer, while another houses a barbecue. High chair and travel cot are available at the cottage. For your comfort, linens (dish towels) are provided, and the house offers a covered outdoor carport with space for two vehicles and a closed garage.
