We offer you this magnificent Vendée villa recently renovated using quality materials, which can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
It has an entrance with storage serving a sleeping area and the living space.
You will appreciate the large and bright lounge area with very high ceilings. A large TV and a wifi connection are at your disposal.
Adjoining the living room, a dining area with a large table from which you have access to a beautiful furnished terrace.
You have a beautiful open kitchen, fully equipped: oven, microwave, induction hob, blender, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc...
Bedroom side:
- a master suite adjoining the dining room: bedroom with a 180x210 bed with storage and a beautiful opening onto the garden. Private bathroom with shower and wc.
- a second bedroom with a 160x200 double bed + a 90x200 single bed with storage.
- a third bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, storage space and an adjoining shower room.
- and a mezzanine offering two beds in 80x200.
All bedding is new since the beginning of 2023 and of high quality.
In the hallway you also have a bathroom with a large bathtub, storage space, a washing machine and a dryer.
You will enjoy a large wooded and enclosed garden with garden furniture & a heated swimming pool with salt treatment.
Swimming pool open from mid-May to mid-September (depending on the weather).
An gaz barbecue is at your disposal to enjoy good lunches and dinners by the pool.
Possibility to park two vehicles.
Possibility to rent additional bikes from our partner, do not hesitate to contact us.
Its location is perfect for living beautiful holiday memories:
- 10 min walk from the beautiful beach of Veillon (supervised beach), surf spot and kite surf
- 3 min walk through the small wood, reach the Payré estuary for beautiful hikes: a true natural sanctuary with preserved fauna and flora between dunes, beach and oyster port.
- 15 min by bike on beautiful cycle paths from Port de La GuittiÚre to taste our beautiful Vendée oysters.
- 1 km from Port Bourgenay, marina with bars and restaurants and the Golf Club.
- 5 km from the town of Talmont St Hilaire with its Medieval Castle: ideal family outing.
- 10 km from Les Sables d'Olonne with its large bay and its activities all year round
