This basement apartment is fully furnished. It is intended to be rented on a month basis with future rental possibilities. The owner lives quietly on the top floor.
Close to Salt Lake City, shopping, Trax, and the Olympic Oval. It is a little farther away (45 Minutes) from the Ski resorts but well worth the commute.

SLC Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves over the extended weekend in West Jordan, UT. The home was very convenient to the Utah Oval. The house was wonderful. It was very comfy for the 7 of us. It was in great shape and had nice amenities. I will want to stay there again when going back to the area

Guys ISU football weekend

We stayed in SLC and drove to Provo for the game. The location was perfect, as we were a short drive to the airport, grocery store, restaurants and an east drive to Park City and Provo. The property was clean, well stocked, and in a quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend this location for groups of any size. Jim sent a message in our second day of the stay to make sure that everything was ok. Highly recommend!

Great centrally located home

We were in the area for a golf trip and looking for a base of operations. This was an excellent property with a nice wood-burning fire pit in back and plenty of room. The furnace was misbehaving and the very attentive property manager offered to cancel free. However, the weather was great so it was a non-issue.

Great Place!! Perfect for two families!!

This house is perfect for two families. My brother and his family took the basement and my husband, my elderly dad and I took the main floor. Having the separate laundry and kitchens worked well. And when we did get together for a meal we used the amazing main floor kitchen. My brother and his family said that they could not hear us walking around upstairs or the toilet being flushed. The beds were very comfortable!! Location was good, there was a store not too far away. If we ever make it back to Utah, we will stay again.

Perfect fit for our needs

The property was exactly as described. We appreciated the large clean kitchen and living room, and all of our needs were met with sleeping areas. The downstairs area is quite nice, and provided part of the guests to feel they had their own space. We also enjoyed early morning breakfasts on the deck in the back yard, the garden area is quite lovely and well maintained. Owner has a green thumb and we were fortunate to actually meet him when he checked on the cherry trees and garden. This property is excellent and given an A+!!!

Spacious, Beautiful, Complete

We rented this home for a quilting retreat for our extended family. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well stocked for any need and the back yard was lovely. The furniture was comfortable and everything we needed was taken care of.

Comfortable for families

This place suited our needs for a place to land between wedding events. There was plenty of space for private conversations and group visiting as we are a family who is spread out across several states and usually only manage get together for family events like this. It was spacious enough for each of us to have some quiet time also. James was available but not intrusive as a host. The one ding on the neighborhood rating was for a party across the street from us that was mildly annoying but no big deal.

Work trip

West Jordan Trip

Awesome Property

This was the second time we used James’ house as home base for skiing at Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Everyone had plenty of space. The amenities and location are great! Anything we needed was close by. It’s about 30 min drive to the Canyon ski areas (on a good day). Hope to make back again for another trip.
