A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a work desk.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

Out of respect for future tenants and the care we put into maintaining the apartment, it is strictly a non-smoking unit. We kindly ask for your understanding, as the smell of tobacco can be disruptive and may result in a deduction of €300 from your security deposit.

Vanves is the perfect place for those looking to explore and discover Paris while staying in a quiet location. There are many restaurants, bars and bistros in the area - we highly recommend Le Petit Vanves opposite the building, where you can enjoy delicious French dishes.
