Welcome to paradise! At a time when there was much uncertainty in the world, we made a big decision to purchase in May 2021, as our lifelong dream is to snowbird in Maui. Until that time comes, we would love to share our home with others.

MAUI IS OPEN AND WELCOMING — and eager for your travel business! Despite some rumors, short-term rentals are still legal, and the island and its people want your patronage to help sustain the economy. Please come!

Located at Grand Champions Villas, this beautiful, well-kept condo, with a front row view of fairway #2 on the famous Wailea Blue golf course, along with a nice view of the ocean from the lanai, makes it the perfect place to enjoy the famous Maui Sunsets while dining on your own private lanai.

Large, one-bedroom unit, 2 full bathrooms with a comfortable sofa bed in living room to accommodate up to 4 guests. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking your favorite meals while away from home. Dining room table seats 6, lanai/patio table for 4. All the comforts needed to make your stay relaxing and stress-free. Air conditioning units in main living area and bedroom. Free wifi, cable, and parking. Washer/Dryer, beach chairs & beach towels are also provided for your enjoyment. 2 outdoor pools/jacuzzis, lounge chairs & BBQs are available for guest use.

Multiple beaches are a close-by drive (3 min) or within walking distance. We love to walk the paved Wailea ocean path that stretches for miles. Great shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. Kihei is less than a 10 min drive as well, with additional shopping/dining without being in the center of the noise.

We love the quiet Wailea area, and the beautiful surroundings that make Grand Champions the perfect vacation destination. We know you’ll love it too.

Best golf vacation ever

Wife and I played 5 rounds of golf in 7 days. The weather was perfect and the course were in great shape. This location is perfect with lots to do around Wailea. Great condo and location

Great location

Wonderful stay! Check in process was smooth and the property was well-managed. The hosts were also very accommodating, letting us check out a few hours later. Walkable to several great restaurants and the beach. Much more affordable than other stays around. Jackie also sent us an extensive list of recs in the area! Super useful. Thanks for the stay!

Very nice condo.

We felt spoiled staying here. Not a single complaint. Truly seemed like our own home, from the cleanliness to all the amenities...comfortable bed, plenty of fluffy towels, easy to use tv and more. Awesome.

Lovely place with a great sunset view

This was a lovely place to stay in Maui and the sunset view from the deck can't be beat. Communications was fast and easy and the onsite manager was super helpful. Would recommend this VRBO to anyone!

Peaceful Getaway

We had an incredible time and pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit. The view of the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. We especially enjoyed our morning walks along the beachside and the shops of Wailea. This unit is definitely worth booking.

Beautiful condo with great view

The condo was very welcoming and comfortable. There were areas that made you will welcome such as the tiled area entrance where you could store outside shoes, snorkel gear and a seat to help you get organized, large easy to use dining area, nice patio furniture, great window shades for afternoon sun, and convenient bedroom dresser. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Loved It

Exactly as advertised. Nicely appointed and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with lots of spices for cooking if so inclined. Great sunsets from veranda - with a little ocean view as well. Gets nice trade wind flow through so didn’t need AC, even in late May, which was nice. Have beach chairs and towels, masks and fins for snorkeling (we didn’t have time). Beaches and beach walks nearby so lovely. Can walk to beach in maybe 15’, or just drive to abundant lots right at the beach.

Golf view

Stayed here intentionally to experience golf and garden views vs traditional beach view. We really enjoy the peacefulness and had fun watching golfer play Blue course hole 2. Unit is clean, well stocked and comfortable. Walking distance to a lot of shops, golf, tennis and Pickelball clubs. Very quiet and lovely views.

Wonderful stay and experience...

I have never stayed at a Grand Champions property that didn't impress, pamper and satisfy. This was another absolutely enjoyable stay! Thank you to our hosts for sharing their space in paradise! Everything was great. The overall space itself, the mattress on the bed which provided oh so comfortable sleeps, the fully stocked kitchen this cook enjoyed using, the comfortable dining room for working and dining, the living room for relaxing and watching a little TV, the Lanai for the domestic happy hours overlooking the golf course and the ocean just down the hill. Fantastic! Many thanks and look forward to our next visit down soon!

Wonderful Wailea

Communication with the owners was quick and thorough from jump. The condo was even better than expected, and expectations were already high based on the listing. The property was well kept and beautiful. And the two pools and hot tubs on the property made my daughter and I very happy. I would definitely recommend having a rental car while you are here, but I think that goes for anywhere on the island. It’s a great place to stay. Thanks to our hosts for making everything splendid for my birthday and New Year’s trip!

Great golf course view

The view of the fairway is breathtaking. Large corner unit with lots of windows that also look out at Maui's lush trees and flowers. Unit is large for a one bedroom and it was convenient having two bathrooms. Very clean. Well stocked with kitchen supplies; bathroom essentials; and, chairs/umbrella/ice chest for beach. We enjoyed eating dinner on the lanai; peaceful and quiet. Also owner communication was outstanding.

Great condo, great location

I was in Wailea for a conference at a nearby resort, and this condo worked out perfectly for me. It was within walking distance (<20 minutes) to the venue, a grocery store, and a few restaurants. The condo was pristinely clean and had a well-stocked kitchen for prepping simple meals. I didn't get the chance to use the beach gear but was happy to have the option. My only quibble is that I found the mattress to be far too soft. Even with that, I'd happily stay here again.

My husband and I had an amazing time staying at this condo. We walked every morning from the condo down to the water to walk the path in front of the resorts and enjoyed watching the turtles. We watched many beautiful sunsets from the lanai and enjoyed spending time at the pool (quiet and relaxing). The location was convenient to great beaches, restaurants and shopping. Jackie was also very helpful w/ check-in, suggestions and recommendations during our stay and was very prompt w/ communication. We bbq’d at the pool and cooked in the kitchen and found it to be well equipped. We hope to stay at this property again. Mahalo!The only suggestion that my husband and I can think of…the AC unit in the bedroom was noisy periodically during the night (when turned off and not in use) it may have had something to do w/ the wind w/ the portion of the unit that is outside, on the exterior of the condo. It would be worth checking into.

Aloha guests! We are Brandon and Jackie, have been married for nearly 30 years. We have 4 children, only one at home now, so we are looking to our next adventure in life after all 4 have left the nest in the next couple of years. We enjoy traveling and have had the opportunity to visit many different places around the world. Maui is one of our favorite spots. Several places in Europe also are high on our list, but Hawaii is a closer destination for us to travel to and never gets old.

We have been visiting Maui for the past 20+ years, with Brandon's parents and siblings. We finally decided to make a purchase and try out a new adventure of being vacation rental owners on Maui. We actually purchased two units (this 1 bedroom, and also a 3 bedroom, with the same ocean/fairway view) so that we can bring all of our kids at once when we vacation here all together. We chose properties at Grand Champions because of the amazing views, amenities, location, upkeep of the complex, and the beautiful surroundings, along with proximity to the beach.

We plan our days around dinner on the lanai at sunset! You won't find a more peaceful and relaxing location. You have access to two beautiful pools, BBQ grills, a short walk to restaurants and shopping. This location has EVERYTHING!
