Great views

We had a very pleasant stay the Labor Day weekend. The view from the room is absolutely amazing, especially the sunrise. Will definitely stay again next time i go here.

Vacation

Great sun rise and view of the ocean. Parking is tight if you have a truck. Loading and unloading was easy by the elevators and so was the room. We would stay there again.

Easter Get Away

We trully could relax at this beautiful condo. Sitting on the patio lookiing out at the ocean was our favorite part. Everything we needed was there and Tom responded promptly when we needed help with the coffee pot and an extended check out. Would defitiely stay again!

Absolutely perfect!

This unit was perfect for our family. Very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Easy check in. Very good communication with the owner. We definitely recommend this unit and we certainly will be back!

Great place

I have nothing but positive things to say about this condo. Place was very clean and manager was very responsive to my questions It comes with a large outdoor balcony with a table and chairs where I often sat looking out at the sea. Great shower and very easy to park as there is a large parking garage across the street There is even a convenience store for those last minute purchases Next time I come to Myrtle Beach I plan on staying here again

Nice renovated condo. Very clean. It would have been nice to have a toaster and regular drinking glasses. Iwould rather drink milk out of a regular glass not a wine glass or high ball glass.

Exactly as Described

The balcony was excellent with a great view. All rooms were very clean. We had plenty of supplies (toilet tissue, towels, etc...). I contacted the owner with a question and he was very quick to respond. There were no issues. Wonderful experience! I will definitely reserve this condo again.

As advertised

This was a great trip and the room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, although we have leaned over the years to bring our own butcher and paring knives for cooking. The ice maker did not seem to be working, although that wasn’t a problem for us. The pocket door to the bathroom was pushed back so far we couldn’t close it - the handle or ring that usually helps pull the door out was missing or broken. We finally got it pulled out, but it was tough. Reported problems to property manager and I have no doubt they will be fixed. But the view was spectacular and we really enjoyed our stay.

This unit was great. The balcony offered a perfect view of the beach and felt very private. The condo itself was super cute and the perfect amount of space. We had a relaxing week of sand and sun. The Patricia Grand is our place at the beach, and this unit in particular is our new fav.

Our stay was amazing! We loved the location and the amenities at the resort. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long vacation. We had some issues with the door lock, but Tom was very quick to respond and even came to look at it within 30 minutes of my initial message. Overall great condo and would stay here again for sure.
