Additional accommodations include a second bedroom with two twin beds and a trundle, as well as a third bedroom outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed and another trundle, providing a comfortable haven for guests of all ages. Enhanced Stays for Longer Visits:
If you're considering a longer stay, we cater to digital nomads, college students, and new Nashville residents with monthly rates starting at $3,500. Enjoy the comfort of a three-bedroom home centrally located in East Nashville. Be sure to note that there is a refundable security deposit of $500 for stays between 30 days and 6 months, and a $1,000 deposit for rentals over 6 months.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of Nashville's popularity boom, construction recently started near the home. You should expect some construction disruption Monday-Friday between 7 am and 7 pm.
