Our house was designed for our family, with your trip with up to 10 guests in mind, and we've thought of everything. Our monthly pricing for extended stays starts at $3,500/month. You'll be hard pressed to find a 3 bedroom home this centrally located in East Nashville more affordably. Please take note that there is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.
