Sleep in style with a variety of comfortable sleeping arrangements. The first-floor den features a full sofa bed, while the second-floor primary suite includes a queen bed. The living room offers an additional queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to six guests with ease.

Long Term Living:
If you're a digital nomad, college student, or new resident of Nashville seeking a furnished rental for 2+ months, reach out! Monthly pricing for extended stays starts at $2,200/month. A refundable security deposit of $500 is charged separately before check-in for reservations between 30 days and 6 months. For reservations over 6 months, a deposit of $1,000 is charged separately before check-in.
