The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Saint-Pierre, this charming apartment with sea view and waterfront location, of a surface of 56 m ÂČ and being able to accommodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 16 mÂČ, an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room with Italian shower.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
Day space :
- A living room of 16 mÂČ with TV, lounge area with double sofa bed
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
Night space :
- A bedroom with a double bed (140Ă190) with an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet
Exterior:
- A terrace of about 8 mÂČ with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Pierre, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- The nautical base of Saint Pierre offers many activities (Canoeing, kayaking, rowing, sailing...)
- The zoo of Carbet
- The garden of Balata and the Domaine d'Emeraude in Morne Rouge.
- Numerous hikes from St Pierre and its surroundings.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park in the free parking lot near the accommodation.
