This efficiency unit offers complete privacy with a fenced in back courtyard for your enjoyment. Located just minutes from Englewood Beach and the shops/entertainment of Olde Village’s Dearborn Street. This unit has had a new kitchenette and bathroom cabinet along with new blinds, linens and pillows, new cookware/dishware, a new TV and much more. Cleanliness is my top priority and I assure you that you will be satisfied. Also if staying during the summer and ripe for the picking enjoy a fresh grown pineapple and avocados along with the sweetest Starfruit you’ve ever eaten during the fall months. Englewood Apartment

As other reviewer's described = very clean = we like clean. Very nice location to - shopping , beaches , churches , parks , and yet on quiet street with very little traffic. Trustworthy neighborhood - many like minded walkers. Can't say enough about the friendly, pleasant - family / owners of this property. Thanks again.

Winter get away

Shawn was very prompt to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Property is just as described. Very clean quiet and nice private outside setting area. We would stay again. Nice to have laundry facilities.. place is small but we knew that but did not take away from how nice it was. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Englewood retreat!

A long awaited much needed vacation we found this property more than advertised. The setting was well tended and equipped thoughtfully. From coffee in the backyard until night caps under the stars we felt safe and comfortable. 5 minutes drive to several beautiful beaches. I hope we can come back again soon

Englewood enjoyment

My husband and I stayed there for the month of March. We loved biking to the beach with our beach chairs which were provided. Accommodations were just as they look in the picture. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and the towels/face cloth‘s were lovely. Being able to sit out at the patio table and chairs was a nice treat. Shawn responded to any questions/needs we had and his mom lived out front. We enjoyed our chats with her!! Would definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful place

The studio is super clean and supplied with anything one needs and then some, including beach accessories. The owner is helpful, responds to any needs quickly and takes great pride in his property. Laundry facilities on property are a real plus. Owners mother currently lives on the property and is a great hostess.

Nice vacation

You will have everything you will need : good bed , nice bathroom, kitchen with all the utensils , washer and dryer and beatiful garden . The most important: nice and good people taking care that everything is working and that you get what you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

Extended Stay

Shawn was always available when we had a question or needed help. The property is well kept, clean, fresh fruits, and laundry on site. We stayed for 30 days and Shawn always asked if we wanted or needed anything to make our stay better. If you come for the beach Shawn has you covered with everything you could need or want for a day or week at the beach. The outdoor sitting area is great to relax after a day at the beach or work During storm Elsa Shawn made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us to make sure we rode the storm out safely and had plenty of supplies in case power went out. Tammy was always watching the little lizards run and dart around, she had one that met her each day on the solar lamp she called Brownie. Unless it was raining he was there waiting to brighten her morning and welcome her home. We stayed for 30 days as we were waiting to close on our home and would definitely recommend this property to friends and family when they come down to visit!

Clean little Peaceful place to stay.

The studio was very clean and felt new. I loved all the tropical plants around the property. Would definitely recommend for 1 person or a couple.

I have lived in Englewood since 1987 when my family moved from New York State. Both my brothers, father and mother live in Englewood and love the small town -but growing fast- charm of this little beach town. Currently my mother is staying in the front half of the home while she is building her dream home and I am renovating my fathers home to add another small rental near Manasota Beach.

This property is perfect being located within walking distance from Englewood Beach and just a short drive to Middle and Manasota Beaches. I provide beach towels and a cooler if needed at n/c.
