The Unique Townhome is a 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse located at the Windsor Hills Resort with Water Park and all Resort Amenities included to your reservation is the perfect vacation!

Convenient location nearby restaurants and all your family needs! Only 5-mile from Disney World parks.

Relax in the open living space with comfortable couches and watch a favorite TV show on the LCD HD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and features plenty of storage space and a study area for planning out the fun days of your trips to the park! Enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine while lounging poolside or swimming in your own sunny south-facing pool! The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer available for you to use during your stay.

After a long day enjoying the Orlando theme parks, come home to three comfortable bedrooms! The master suite features a King bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom! The kids will love having their own bedroom with two twin beds and their own TV! The third bedroom is located on the first floor and features a full bed.

The resort permits a maximum of THREE cars per property, and drivers must present a valid driver's license for access to the community.

Keyless entry ensures ease of access, with the door code provided before your check-in date.

The pool is cleaned and treated weekly for your comfort.
Pool heating is available at an additional $30 daily fee (plus taxes) for a minimum of 3 days and must be requested for your entire reservation.
Request should be made at least 3 days before check-in, with payment to be sent once requested.
* Pool size is 10' X 4' deep.
A pool fence with a gate is provided for added safety.

Bath towels, linens, and pool towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

* If you need a pack-n-play or highchair, please let us know in advance, and we will be happy to provide them as a courtesy.

Very limited amenities in the unit

The Windsor Hills complex is fantastic with great amenities that our family of five greatly enjoyed. The unit though left a lot to be desired…it was quite rundown unlike the pictures. Pool area was rough/dirty, carpet severely stained, etc. The worst part was the extreme lack of items for use in the condo (dishes, towels, baking items). As being advertised as a unit to fit eight, there was hardly enough kitchen items to serve four. No kitchen towels, no hot pads, horrible pans for cooking, one little baking sheet, etc - the list goes on. There was only a handful of small tiny pool towels for use. Listing advertised a PlayStation but there were no controllers. All in all would definitely not stay in this unit again. We managed but it would definitely be difficult for a larger group or those with smaller children. The management group was very responsive though. We lost power one day and they had it resolved within a couple of hours. Great complex but rough unit.
