Great Views!!!

this is a really nice spacious one bedroom,,,the two baths are awesome. The beach is great and all the employees around are super helpful and keep the grounds and pool area clean

Beach Oasis

Perfect location, loved the 3rd floor ocean view. The condo was perfect size for a couple with a one bedroom king bed and a full extra bathroom. Everything you need is well equipped!

Great location

The condo was exactly as described. The location was far enough away from water park, etc to be bothered by traffic. The only downfall was how fast you have to enter a long code to get into the condo. It takes several times and you have to go fast overwise it cuts you off if you don’t enter within those few seconds.

Great Location, condo is how it was presented in the pictures. Beach was great. we had problems with the air conditioner. The night we arrived it was 82 degrees in condo and the humidity was 8o%. There was a dehumidifier there, so we ran it nonstop and had to empty it every 4-5 hours. we could not open any doors at night because of the humidity. It took a day and 1/2 to get the air running. Beside the air problem the stay was good.

Had everything we needed!

The host company, Vacasa, was great for timely check in information! The place was very clean upon arrival. We were able to use stairs or the elevator to get to and from the apartment and main floor since we were on the third floor. There were enough dishes and cooking tools for us but not an abundance of items to choose from. The king size bed was very comfortable! The pull out sofa was okay to use as a sofa (not the most comfortable). The view of the beach and very short walk to the beach was awesome! We had an issue with the 10 digit code one time. The Vacasa customer service rep was awesome in helping with a timely solution! We would stay here again!!

Great Getaway

Commodore 302 was the perfect getaway for a long weekend. The listing description was spot on and a very nice space with everything you need from extra towels to hand sanitizer. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Love location

The condo is fully equipped, very clean when we arrived and we live the location. The only downside to this condo is having to empty a dehumidifier twice a day. When we arrived the humidity was 75% with a fully dehumidifier.

July 4th Celebration

Perfect place to stay!

We loved the Commodore! It was clean, decorated beautifully, and the quick walk down the steps to the beach was perfect! The condo came fully stocked with all kitchen items needed for the week. We enjoyed the pool and walk to the local pub.

Great views and nice condo!

I am a travel agent and I really liked this condo. This condo was very nice and the views were awesome! The furnished balcony is a plus! The patio furniture is great and much better than most places I've stayed. Also, being on the 3rd floor is good because you can use the stairs if you want. The condo is also private which is great for security. They also provided Beach chairs and the kitchen was fully equipped. I will stay here again.

Beautiful Views and so uncongested

This is my favorite area of Panama City….. in a more secluded area without the overcrowded beaches! Great local bars and restaurants nearby…. Very nice beach feel to the decorations…. and the view is unbelievable!

Not clean !

Our condo was very nice, but you couldn’t walk around barefoot because you will end up with black feet ! Also, we were told the room had been cleaned and was ready. Well after we got things settled, my husband went over and picked up a pillow on the couch to move it so he could sit down and there was a dirty pink little girls shirt behind the pillow. Well the couch apparently hadn’t been touched during the clean up.! I have no idea how long it had been there. Everything looked clean but we were wondering how much “ cleaning do the housekeepers really do?”. The elevators don’t work half of the time, there is alway 1 that is down. The best part about this place was the security guard Tim, very very nice gentleman. .So if u come to stay here, just make sure you wear your shoes so you don’t end up with black feet.
