Located in the very center of Mont-Dore, at the foot of the market, close to the thermal baths and all amenities, this beautiful one-bedroom apartment measures approximately 29m² on the 3rd floor (no elevator).
It features a south-facing living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, offering a beautiful view of the local mountains.
The apartment also has a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the annex, separate from the apartment on the landing, there is a small bedroom with bunk beds (80cm) and a toilet.
Washing machine.
Unlimited Wi-Fi and TV channels via the Orange box.
Sleeps 4 (2 in the apartment and 2 in the annex bedroom).
