Located on 56th Street in peaceful midtown Ocean City, this recently updated property creates a wonderful backdrop for your beach memories. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig, crockpot and steamer pot for crabs, fine furnishings and bedding, four TVs, free cable and WiFi, a full-size washer/dryer, and a soaking tub in the master bathroom. Board games and books are available in case of a rainy day, while bike and kayak racks are in the garage to store your equipment. Relax with a drink on the balcony as you watch the boats go by and the sun go down over the bay - it's absolutely breathtaking!

Walk two blocks to the beach for a day of sun and surf, or stay home to swim in the refreshing outdoor pool. Best of all, you'll be in close proximity to some of Ocean City's best shops, restaurants, and activities, including Alley Oops, Fager's Island, Macky's Bayside Bar & Grill, Seacrets, Dead Freddies Island Grill, Dumser's Dairyland, Maui Golf, Odyssea Watersports, and more. All of this, and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk is just a short drive away!

Things to know:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
*The elevator at Maresol will be out of service from 3/8/22 through 5/15/22.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
