Great location, comfortable and welcoming

Wonderful place. The two bedroom flat is exactly as described. The place was clean, roomy, and had all the amenities throughout. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked very well with plenty of hot water for a family of four that has two older teens. The kitchen was great will plenty of supplies, we cooked 1 meal every day of our stay. Washing machine was very handy, it’s small but does the trick. Noise was not a problem for our Sunday to Thursday booking. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

The perfect stay

The Blue House was the perfect Parisian stay. The apartment was exactly what we were hoping for in an old building, on a beautiful street and very central to markets, restaurants and the metro. Mickael and Yohann were extremely helpful and made our first stay in Paris one to remember!

Trip with our adult son

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The pictures do not do justice to how charming and spacious it is. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and well appointed. Right outside your door are wonderful restaurants, bakeries, shops and a metro stop. The check-in process was smooth and Mickael was so gracious and helpful in settling us in at the property and giving us tips for the area. Communication with Yohan was swift and easy. We would DEFINITELY rent this apartment again.

This is a great apartment for Paris! Right next to the metro. Lots of space. Would definitely stay again. Only wish we had been told about the renovations in the hall as the fumes were not pleasant.

Mickal was very helpful with check-in. It was a lovely apartment and SO close to the metro. That was wonderful! The shower was lovely and much appreciated after a long day of sight seeing. I recommend the apartment.

grand appartement, très bien placé, près de deux bouches de métro, quartier calme et sécurisant. les lits sont très confortables, ainsi que le canapé lit. grande table dans le salon. tout est parfait ! le bar musical n’est pas gênant du tout. sans hésiter je recommande cet appartement !

Great location and value

Everything was smooth and as-advertised. Lots of day-to-day essentials provided and Monoprix was a few steps away for anything else we needed. Neighborhood was right in the center of shops and restaurants. We felt very safe in a secured building. The water pressure in the shower was awesome, but there is a large step up to the shower that could be difficult for someone less agile. Biggest drawbacks was the late night noise from the bar underneath the unit. Was quite loud from the larger bedroom but apparently not from the smaller bedroom. On the other hand, the larger bedroom had great wifi reception and the smaller bedroom didn't get any wifi so my teenager had to be in the living room to get wifi. As the parent of an introvert, I considered that a plus. :-)

Lovely apartment but loud bar downstairs

We stayed at the apartment for 6 nights. Everything about this apartment was great - hosts were communicative and helpful, the location of the apartment is great (Monoprix being super close was very convenient) BUT trying to go to sleep before 2 am was impossible because of the music from the bar downstairs. We tried earplugs and white noise apps and it was still impossible to get any sleep before 2 am which was frustrating. The bar is open every night except Sundays and from 10 pm - 2 am, the music is so loud you feel like you're in the bathroom of a nightclub.

Fantastic location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious Paris apartment! It was so convenient to several different Metro lines and walkable to many lovely streets. The property manager was responsive, and everything went smoothly. The bar downstairs did play loud music, but a white noise app solved that problem. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Loved the location -- easily walkable to pretty much all major sights. Metro stops right outside the door, Monoprix around the corner, lots of restaurants nearby. Well-stocked kitchen. Washing machine (byo Tide pods). Only complaint is the noise from the bar on street level, especially Fri/Sat night, otherwise we would have given it 5 stars. Bring your ear plugs :)

Idéalement placé, bien rénové et spacieux.

Une bonne adresse car l'appartement est agréable, bien conçu spacieux et bien équipé ... Même si deux ou trois saladiers et un tout petit peu plus de couverts seraient les bienvenus pour une famille comme la nôtre, qui ne prend pas tous ses repas à l'extérieur ! Mieux vaut aussi ne pas avoir le sommeil trop léger si l'on souhaite dormir dans le canapé-lit de la grande pièce commune car elle se trouve au-dessus d'un bar assez animé. Les deux belles chambres, elles, sont plus à l'écart du bruit et confortables.

Great location and communication

Charming apartment in a great location and access to all the highlights of Paris. Wonderful neighborhood that we didn't explore enough because of time. Good communication with the host prior to arrival and day of arrival. Ammenities are sparce by US standards. No AC or dryer, which we knew so it is not a complaint but just be aware. Highly recommended.

Great central Location! Great flat!

We were a group of 4- 2 daughters/ 2 Mothers . Property manager Yohann was very helpful before and throughout our visit to Paris. The location was great and flat was perfect: clean , with new furniture , bathrooms, kitchen etc. . We were close to the metro and in walking distance to most everything! We used Uber as well which we found reasonable with good service. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great place with caveat

My 18yo daughter and I stayed here for a girls trip. Yohann was extremely responsive and easy to work with. We didn't have any problems with the flat at all. The flat is older than it looks in the photos, so be aware of that. The closet in one of the bedrooms was dingy so we didn't use it. However, the other bedroom had plenty of nice space. The location was fantastic. Having the metro just downstairs was great. I learned that most flats in Europe do not have air conditioning. I was not aware of this when booking my stay. We were there the first week of July. The weather was actually quite cool - around 78 high. But still, without the windows open, the flat became warm fairly quickly. I woke up in the middle of the night almost every night around 3am to open the windows for some cool air. Because it's on a very busy street, you can't sleep with the windows open unless you are a very deep sleeper. I would wait awhile, shut them, and go back to sleep. As I said, this is pretty common. But, especially for others from the US that take A/C for granted, take note.
