Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 17 mÂČ living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 17 mÂČ living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A cabin with a bunk bed
- A bedroom with a double bed (140Ă190)
- A bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A balcony of around 5 mÂČ with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
Communal area:
- A shared swimming pool within the residence, the area is open from 15 June to 15 September and fenced. The swimming pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday inclusive: 10am-6.30pm (subject to conditions: QR code on an application that will be sent to you).
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.
The flat is ideally located 1.5 km from the centre of BagnĂšres-de-Luchon, between the mountains, in a very pleasant setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

All mountain ports, mountain walks, access to the SuperbagnĂšres resort...
Transport :
- Free parking is available close to the accommodation.
- Nearest train station: Luchon, about 10 minutes' walk away
