In the heart of the 7th arrondissement, this cozy 20 mÂČ apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Paris.
Accommodating up to 3 people, it's ideal for a couple.

Located on the 5th floor without elevator, the accommodation comprises:
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed ;
- a shower room ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen ;
- and a living room.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
During your stay, you'll have access to: Hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine, Fan, Microwave.
The apartment is close to the "Tour-Maubourg" and "Pont de l'Alma" metro stations.
Numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as are all useful services (pharmacy, hairdresser, supermarket, pub, bakery...).
There's also a "Carrefour" supermarket a stone's throw from the apartment for your everyday needs.
Places of interest close to the accommodation :
- les Invalides (7 min walk),
- Assemblée Nationale (13 minutes)
- and the Eiffel Tower (15 minutes).

The 7th neighbourhood is a quiet place, perfect for families. There is the Eiffel Tower, one of the most famous buildings in the world, as well as administrative buildings, and government departments such as the Assemblée Nationale, Ministeries, Foreign embassies⊠Then, it is where the wealthiest inhabitants live. The Faubourg Saint Germain has been created in the 18th century, and still has a remarkable architecture. In addition, you will be able to reach easily the Latin district, but also the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées and Alexander the Third bridge.

Metro station:
Line 8 (La Tour-Maubourg station): 4-minute walk.
Line 9 (Pont de l'Alma station): 11-minute walk.
Bus :
Line 69 (Saint-Pierre du Gros Caillou station): a stone's throw from the apartment.
Line 28 (La Tour Maubourg Saint-Dominique station): 4-minute walk.
From Paris-Orly airport: 42 minutes by car.
From Gare Montparnasse (direct access by bus).
