LA GRIERE-LA TRANCHE SUR MER. Terraced house on one side, for 4 people in a residence with unheated collective swimming pool 200m from the beach, 1.5 km from seasonal shops and 4 km from the town center of La Tranche sur Mer.
On the ground floor :
A fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer section, dishwasher, etc.),
A living room that can be used as a separate bedroom as it can be closed by a curtain with a convertible bench seat.
A bathroom with the washing machine. Separate WC.
An attic mezzanine
Open bedroom with a 160 cm bed (possibility of closing with a curtain).
Small exterior with a terrace with garden furniture, a manual awning.
Enclosed land. Private parking, unheated collective swimming pool, pétanque court and ping-pong table in the residence.
You have direct access to the beach. The swimming pool is open from July 1 to September 15, 2024.
