90m2 Beachfront Appartment

I prefer guests contacting me first to discuss their stay prior to making the booking request !
Sleeps 4 adults + 1 child + baby cot, direct access to beach and pool, parking lots for 2 cars
Located in a small coast town of Sant Vicenc de Montalt, 35 km North of Barcelona. Easily accessible by train from Barcelona and Gerona airports and train stations.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible, depending on guests schedules.
Cleaning fees will depend on the number of guests and the length of their stay and will range between 50-75 euros. Guests are also offered the option to clean the appartment by themselves.
It is my holiday appartment. I do not live in Spain during the year and am not around to welcome the guests in person on their arrival. I am available to assist my guests any time by e-mail or by phone.

Grand appartement. Ideal pour famille avec 3 enfants. Tout équipé du nécessaire. Ca c'est super. TrÚs bien situé, juste en face de la mer. Super agréable. Possible d'aller a la gare a pieds pour prendre le train et faire les visites dans le centre de Barcelone. Et revenir au calme avec la mer le soir . Un petit supermarché aussi accessible à pieds. Par contre prix un peu cher. Il y a un Lidl pas loin en voiture. Natalia repond rapidement a toutes les questions. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Eine wohnlicher, sauberer Balkon, mit entsprechenden Möbeln wĂ€re schön gewesen. Die Nachbarn im Haus könnten wohl gut auf FeriengĂ€ste verzichten - dementsprechend war die AtmosphĂ€re kĂŒhl, anfĂ€ngliche Irritationen bzgl. der Poolnutzung konnten zwar ausgerĂ€umt werden, willkommen fĂŒhlte man sich aber nicht.

Reise ans Meer

Der Aufenthalt in Montalt de Vincent war rundum gelungen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand und war fĂŒr unserer Aufenthalt vom Standort perfekt. Auch die Besuche in Barcelona waren von dort aus mit dem Auto in einer halben Stunde wunderbar möglich. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche war leider nur extrem zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. DafĂŒr war alles sehr sauber und die Vermieterin meistens gut erreichbar. Als kleiner Tipp, am besten den ErsatzschlĂŒssel im SchlĂŒsselsafe deponieren.

This affected the quality of the bedding and towels, which were damp and had an unpleasant smell. * Worn Kitchenware: The kitchenware is worn, which can affect the cooking and overall stay experience. * Internet Issues: There was no internet during the stay, or rather, the speed was extremely low (0.10 Mb/s), which is a significant drawback nowadays.Overall Impression:Despite the mentioned drawbacks, the review emphasizes that the apartment is an excellent choice for the offered price. Given its spaciousness, beachfront location, and private garden and pool, it's recommended as a worthwhile option. TB situĂ©, propre, en RdC. Wifi Ok.On pouvait y accĂ©der tĂŽt, apprĂ©ciable ! TB communications.Par-contre, la clĂ© de la porte extĂ©rieure de la copropriĂ©tĂ© est Ă  rĂ©cupĂ©rer Ă  7mn en voiture (Ă  4,3km). PrĂ©venu au dernier moment, donc perte de temps, et dĂ©tour Ă  faire pour la restituer en fin de sĂ©jour, trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able donc. L'hĂŽte dit qu'on aurait pu s'arranger autrement peut-ĂȘtre en s'y prenant Ă  l'avance, mais comme elle ne prĂ©viens pas au dĂ©part...Jardinet agrĂ©able dotĂ© d'1 table et chaises donnant sur jardin copro et piscine d'un cĂŽtĂ©, et terrasse en dur de l'autre avec "canapĂ© d'extĂ©rieur" (non prĂ©parĂ© avec bĂąche dessus) & vue parking couvert (un peu surĂ©levĂ©e donc pas gĂȘnant, fils pour Ă©tendre son linge (toiles d'araignĂ©e).Parking : trous trĂšs importants au sol. 2 places couvertes (attention en ouvrant le coffre car le toit est bas d'un cĂŽtĂ©). Portail automatique ouvert constamment, quartier tranquille, ok.Odeur d'humiditĂ© : faut aĂ©rer via fenĂȘtres pour la rĂ©duire (prĂ©voir raquette Ă  moustiques, en avril on n'en a pas eu). Great stay, with some caveats

The good: The location! Was located in a wonderful area right along the ocean with the train station close by, making it easy to get into Barcelona proper within about an hour or so. Apartment itself: It’s a great spacious apartment with nice bedrooms, kitchen, and comfortable living room. Had access to everything I could have needed during my stay, and there were ample sheets, towels, blankets, cookware, etc. The challenges: Getting into the apartment was a bit tough, address was slightly tough to find, so had to explore and photo match. Additionally, I basically just had to bank on someone letting me in via the front gate to the complex, but if that didn’t work out, I would have had to scale a stone wall to get in. When I got in the apartment, there was no power. I had to restart the breaker myself and get the power to work. Not a huge issue, but just wasn’t expecting it. Bathrooms and the apartment overall had a slightly musty smell, but it’s probably just a result of the humidity.Unfortunately did not have hot water/heat until the 3rd day there; response times were a little longer than I would have liked. I get a couple hours at a time, but I was going 12-14 hours without a response (which is not great when I had no hot water!) Natalia was helpful when she did respond, though. Overall it was good, just wished there had been better communication times and hot water! Your mileage may vary, but a good option in Barcelona, and Natalia is an accommodating host.

Heerlijk aan de zee

We verbleven de maand februari 2025 in het appartement van Natalia en hebben genoten van dit lichte, goed uitgeruste en prachtig gelegen plekje. Rustig ook, al moet je even wennen aan de langsrijdende treinen maar dat went snel. De slaapbank in de huiskamer zit ook niet echt lekker, maar voor de rest is alless perfect

LOVE this place (and the host)!!!

My friend and I traveled with his Down's Syndrome sister who struggles physically and doesn't do stairs well. This place was perfect for us. Ground floor (just a couple steps to go on the outside veranda). The 2 bathrooms both have WONDERFUL big showers with great water pressure and many spout choices. The bidet was helpful for his sister too.The natural light and MANY LARGE windows/glass doors in the apartment were wonderful too! We could sit sit on the veranda and listen to the waves.We could even in the living room with the veranda door open and hear the waves.There are sidewalks to walk the beach for miles. There's also a path we didn't have the opportunity to hike that looks great.There's a great Alcampo / Auchan store not far - and Barcelona is a great place to visit (also not too far away).There are many keys for the place and a lot of instructions so we were confused a bit at first. We had a snag trying to find the place to get the key, but Natalia was a very accommodating and friendly host - and we figured it out. I recommend printing the instructions if you have that capability.And the price is great!Natalia was a wonderful host. We highly recommend her place and her.I've rented a number of places over the years through VRBO and similar platforms. Natalia's place is one of the very best. We will definitely go back if ever in the area again.

Relaxing

Our stay was great. Quiet and clean Accroos from a small street is the beach and restaurant with a tasty food. Nice boardwalk, close to the train station and and a 10 min walk to a good local grocery store.

Brief Visit

An hour north of Barcelona, across from a nice restaurant, this is a spacious ground floor apartment in a good neighborhood. The owner provided information about the Renfe stations in advance, & it is an easy 15 - 20 minute walk from either station. For me, a map visual or diagram from either station with the exact location of the building and where to pick up the keys would have been helpful, since google maps struggled with the address. I enjoyed my brief stay here, walking along the beach sidewalk, reading on the front patio & dipping my toes in both the pool & the sea.
