A great quiet place to hang when not enjoying Bentonville. Plenty of space with a nice seating area and some seating in the little mini kitchen area. The location was convenient for walking to Crystal Bridges and all the great restaurants. I would definitely stay again when I return.

The property was a short walk to downtown Bentonville and was clean and quaint, with everything a person needs for a comfortable stay.

FreshGrass visit

Excellent in all areas, although the total fees seemed high. Also the parking situation is a little tight. But overall an excellent place to stay for a single or two people. I would stay there again for sure

Bentonville cottage

Very nice cottage in a very quiet area. Ideally located close to trails, Crystal Bridges and the town square. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect spot

I had a great stay at this sweet little spot near downtown Bentonville. Easy to access restaurants / shops as well as bike paths and trails. Nice linens, too!

Clean and great location

Great location close to downtown and Slaughter Pen trails. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Host was very quick to answer any questions we had. Would stay here again.

Great little place with great location

Went to Bentonville for a weekend of mountain biking. This place has great location for trail access, is clean, comfortable, and cute, and the hosts are really friendly and accommodating! Five stars, strongly recommended!

Nice location, not so nice bed.

Great location for walking to downtown and biking trails. Cottage was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and only a full size. There was no mention of the bed size in the profile and there should be. We would have found a different place to stay so that we could comfortably sleep. Had to prompt the host for check in information.

It was great being able to walk to downtown. Beautiful area. Well stocked cottage but do note that the bed is only a double size.

I was in town for a bike race and needed somewhere close to downtown. Easy walk to downtown. Very clean. The only feedback would be to dial back the scented detergent and dish soap. --Stu

Perfect for Walmart meetings and or Mountain Biking

Great place, behind a fence and in the back yard, perfect for what I needed, quiet place with enough room to prepare for some meetings. Will be back.

The cottage is quite comfortable and all one requires for good night's sleep with coffee available to get one started in the AM. Within walking distance to the sights, sounds, and dining around the Bentonville square. If one is used to sleeping on queen or king bed, please know the cottage bed is a double. My wife and were were overall quite satisfied and would not be reluctant to use again. We did point out two amenities were missing - wash clothes (my wife's wish) and clothes rack (bathroom clothes hooks had to suffice).

Perfect base camp for exploring

I loved my stay here! It was easy to ride my bike everywhere in town. Hosts were excellent and beyond accommodating. The snacks were a very nice touch after long days of mountain bike riding 😊 would absolutely stay here again!
