Perfect for a weekend swim meet!

I loved sitting on the balcony right on the beach. Comfortable condo, right on beach, close to the natatorium for the swim meet, easy to get to local coffee shop - we really enjoyed the stay.

Perfect location for Crusin' The Coast

Seabreeze Condo is the perfect location to enjoy Crusin' The Coast. Easy access to parking, restaurants and gas/ice. Our unit had the most beautiful master suite with access to the balcony and a wonderful views of the Gulf and Hwy 90.

Great building to stay in

A week before our stay, the property manager advised us that this unit had an "issue" that couldn't be resolved before we arrived, so they substituted a different unit in the same building. So we can't review this unit, but we can review the building (Seabreeze Condominiums) and its management in general. This was once of the nicest VRBOs we've ever stayed in--immaculately clean and in a perfect location--on the beach (most condos are on the other side of Beach Blvd) and an easy walk along the boardwalk to "Restaurant Row." Everything else is a very short drive away. The floor to ceiling windows are terrific. When it was too cold to sit on the balcony, we just sat by the window with a good book. Management was available by text if there were any issues. Highly recommend Seabreeze Condominiums and units manageed by Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals.

Biloxi beach rental

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Decent stay . Felt overpriced for the quality and condition of the rental. Very old building and unit. Booking process was difficult. Many hoops to jump through once you booked. Gate codes wouldn’t work but management did their beat to update us. Fire alarm went off and everyone had to leave their units. Then once again gate codes didn’t work.

Not What We Expected

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don’t usually give reviews, especially bad ones but this place was a HUGE disappointment. The first thing we saw when arriving was filthy carpet in the bedroom off the hall. It had what looked like years of stains. We had to put towels down to even walk on the floor in that bedroom. The rest of the condo had dated furnishings that needed some sprucing up. The worst thing was that the pool was closed and you could hear constant hammering and electric tools throughout our stay. This wouldn’t have been a big deal however I have an adult child with Autism that the trip was planned around due to having a swimming pool (which when called during booking I was told they had a pool). For approximately 45 days my son, who has limited verbal ability said hotel/swimming pool each and every day! To make it worse, he could see the pool from our balcony. It was impossible to get him to understand why he couldn’t go in the pool The best part of our stay was the day we were away from the condo boating.

Relaxing Town to Vacation with lots of attractions

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location - Right on the beach. As soon as you walk out of Condo you are on the beach. Sand is white, soft and beautiful. Lots of things for adults and kids alike to do. Beach was not crowded at all. Traffic was not bad. If you are looking for blue water, this is not for you.

Overall the condo was nice and as advertised our outdoor table had cigarette ash all over it and some gross tweezers and fingernail clippers but other than that was happy with condo part but I personally wouldn’t go back here and it’s no fault of the condos but there is glass all over the beach don’t dive for a volleyball or your in the hospital, no kidding I picked up glass for an hour and didn’t make a dent it rendered playing on the beach impossible except right by shore you definitely want water shoes but on the plus side their pools are nice so you can swim again this is not the condos fault the condo is nice and everyone was friendly and awesome.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was accurately described regarding the layout, amenities, and location. Biloxi was a nice comfortable getaway. Although the pictures displayed on the site are very pristine, once arriving the actual area and building look somewhat dull. Other than that the inside of the units are beautiful. There were not any problems with appliances. Other than some technical issues with the televisions working and connecting to wifi. The room and key was easy to access and the directions sent were clear and straightforward. I was not able to enjoy as many attractions as I would of liked but The Betsy Ann Riverboat for $65 per person was a great experience. They provide a hibachi style dinner during a two our boat ride which was very fun and relaxing. Drinks on the boat are paid for separately and the hibachi was okay not the best but okay for the experience! I’d definitely visit this location again to experience more. Also the beach and view are nice. Water is typical to be in the Gulf of Mexico if you’d like more of a topical feel then book a flight to Florida or Hawaii with sky blue water!! Book now :)!

This condo is at a great location and the beach and pool area are not crowded. Great food nearby. Even though the weather was not very good, we still had a relaxing time!

The views from the master bedroom and balcony are amazing; I loved waking up to gaze out at the ocean through floor-to-ceiling windows. The unit has everything needed for a cozy stay, including a few games for family fun. I would definitely recommend this condo for your stay in Biloxi! Wonderful location directly on the beach. Great gym and pools and the direct beach access are a plus.

Amazing view from bedroom

Room had amazing master bedroom view(all beach). Balcony was split view of beach and pool/parking lot. Microwave never got completely fixed(wouldn't spin/weird noises) and gym had elliptical out of order and no low weights or mirrors for working out. Cleaning solution needs to be deluted. All in all great room (large tvs/kitchen area w bar stools/updated design/ balcony entrance from LR or master)

Fantastic Vacation On The Gulf

The accommodations were perfect - waking up to the beautiful gulf and listening to the waves. The view from the bedroom and kitchen/living room was fantastic!! We loved the deck facing the gulf and sat out there whenever possible. The weather was perfect - 70's - for the most part and hated to leave. We enjoyed the seafood restaurants and casinos! Everything was perfect and can't wait to go there again!
