Beach view in Biloxi

Just as described. Access to beach was easy. However beach is located between two fishing piers/ land peninsula so not an open water view of the gulf. Water was brown and beach full of rubbish washed up on shore.

Condo 106

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo had not been taken care of. The toilet in the master was not working & I had to fix it. The second toilet was not I tried to fix but finally called the front desk and the hold inside had to be replace. A chair on the patio was broken and the stand up lamp in the living room was broken. Had to call and get light bulbs for A light in the bathroom & two of the lamp. Never got light for the two pendant light over bar. The bed in the couch was worn out and the hole couch was dirt and need a cleaning. The mattress in the second bedroom need to be replace. The drapes in the Condo do not cover the doors so light came in at night and it is hard to sleep. Plus the noise coming from a upstairs unit on Friday night was something else. It did not stop until the police were called and their was over a hundred people in the Condo plus they had to evict. We were told at the time we rent the Condo that no spring breaker were allowed. This Condo 106 needs some up keep. Over all nice condo. Was very disappoint that we had so much trouble. This condo should not the rented until these items are taken care of.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are very appreciative for the use of this unit while we had work in Biloxi. I am extremely continence about cleanliness, and that carpet never felt clean. It has a old musty smell with the humidity that we had. When we need to rent again for short term, I will choose a unit that does not have carpet. Ocean Club has a wonderful staff that is continually keeping condo halls clean, with office being helpful if anything is needed. Wonderful and polite staff .............

Great beach condo - with some room for improvement

We really enjoyed our family beach getaway and staying at this condo was convenient for access to the beach, the resort pool, shops, and restaurants. We did run into a few issues, however. We loved having a reserved parking spot - but there was no ramp up to the main parking level where the elevators are located. We struggled with stairs since we had two senior citizens and a double stroller for two young kids. Also, we didn’t realize there were carts until after we’d pulled our suitcases up the stairs and saw them on the main parking level. Our condo was beautiful and we loved the beach decor. Upon arrival, we found old popcorn from whomever stayed there before us under the coffee table and dried jelly or something like it smeared on parts of the kitchen counter as if it hadn’t been cleaned well. We would’ve loved to have some robe hooks in the bathrooms. There wasn’t anywhere to hang up your clothes while getting dressed. The bathroom mirrors are hung pretty high up, making it difficult for petite people to use them, but we managed. One big concern I want to add for any parents looking at renting these condos: the front door from this condo that leads to the main hallway is simply a French door handle. There’s no deadbolt and no security lock at the top like at most hotels. This made me so worried for my two little ones during the night. I ended up moving a suitcase in front of the door for my own piece of mind, but still worried. Also, at one point, my toddler went into the secondary bedroom and shut the door and I was locked out. Thank God I had my set of keys with me so I could unlock the door. Just something to think about. The main bedroom had the same setup so it’d be very easy to get locked out. We expected the front door to the condo to lock automatically behind us, but we didn’t expect the bedroom doors to do that. We did go swimming, but the pool was so cloudy, you couldn’t even see your hand below the water. Very concerning for safety. Other than those concerns, we really enjoyed our stay. Probably wouldn’t stay here again with little ones due to all the concerns we had, but it was a convenient place to stay for our family trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We throughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were much better than expected. Kitchen was well stocked and in good condition. Beds were comfortable. The only downside was I thought we were on poolside. The pictures were a little deceiving or I saw what I wanted to see lol. Overall we would definitely stay again.

our getaway

Reviewer Comments: Everything was great and if there where any small problems they were addresses right away. Place was beautiful and nicely decorated. We stayed a month and we thought there should have been more amenities. (like just one small bar soap in each bath.) Nothing major and we thought everything was great. Would go again in a minute.

Reviewer Comments: nice building but the ac in one half of the condo was broken, guest couldn't sleep in there, sliding door lock on master bedroom was broken, workers brought in fans that didn't help much,was offered another room if one was avaliable? we already han to deal with workers all friday afternoon, who wanted to move rooms for half the day saturday, there went half our vacation, should have been offered some kind of compensation, for the price it should have been in better condition,
