The Cove is a third floor, water view 3-bedroom,2.5-bathroom penthouse suite.
The Cove features teak floors, tile bathrooms, carpeted bedrooms and a full modern award-winning kitchen with an s-bend granite cocktail bar. The living room features leather furniture, a smart TV and cable. Space to entertain includes a dining room table with seating for 6 and bar seating for 4. The primary bedroom has a private full bathroom, walk-in tile shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a king bed while the third has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a smart TV with cable. The shared full bath has a bathtub shower combo. The living area and primary bedroom provide access to the east facing deck with distant Atlantic Ocean water views. The bedrooms provide access to a water view balcony.
The Cove does not have the direct waterfront views of our waterfront suites but does offer enough water views to soothe the soul and keep you in touch with the conditions to hit the water when it's peaking.
Guests of Watermen's Retreat get kite launching and landing access at REAL Watersports and 10% off at the REAL Watersports Rental Shop.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi internet access, Tesla & EV charging station, an in-suite washer and dryer, base level secure gear storage, covered parking, an elevator and quick access to REAL Watersports and Watermen's Bar & Grill. All Watermen's Retreat properties include bed linens, made beds upon arrival, bathroom towels, coffee filters, salt & pepper, dishwasher soap tabs, dish soap, sponge and kitchen towels.
Our three-bedroom water view penthouses are named after two of the "day of the year" surfing locations in Cape Hatteras. When you score either of these two spots on a 5-star day, you will never forget it: The Boiler and The Cove.
