Lovely vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Doctor's Inn. The location is superb and the house worked well for our large group. We would definitely stay there again when in town.

Thank you for your kind words. I hope in the future you be sure to visit Hudsons’ Hamburgers, visit Silverwood, walk Tubb’s Hill, bike the Trail of the Hiawatha. Also there are stand up paddle boards and kayaks in the garage. They can be taken by the little trolley and put in the lake opposite 613 W. Lakeshore drive (my brother’s house and beach). Also. Coeur d’Alene is a great base for winter skiing. Please come again to The Doctors’ Inn of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho

I hope you enjoyed your stay. There were kayaks and paddle boards in the garage that be taken by a little trolley and put in opposite 613 west lakeshore drive which is my brother’s beach. I hope you were able to enjoy a Tubb’s hill walk, Trailmof the Hiawatha bike ride, Silverwood and Hudson’s’ Hamburgers. Please come again to The Doctors’ Inn of Coeur d’Alene!

Great Place!

The location is great - close to a big park and downtown. The house had plenty of space for everyone and was very comfortable. We would definitely go back!

Great location

Historic property with lots of charm and room for family or friends. The property is well stocked with essential items and is in a great location. Close to the park and beach with a short walk to downtown. We would stay here again.

Thank you for your kind words. I hope next time you visit you have warm weather such that you can use the kayaks and stand up paddleboards in the garage. There is a small trolley to assist taking them up to the lake. They can be put in opposite 613 W. Lakeshore Drive----that is my brother's house and you can put in and use his beach. Always consider Silverwood and the Trail of the Hiawatha bike experience. A Tubb's hill walk and Hudsons' hamburger are a Coeur d'Alene visit musts. Also, in winter there are ski opportunities. Silver Mountain in Kellogg is 30 minutes away and Schweitzer basin an hour. Cd'A is a good base for a ski trip. Please come again to the Doctors' Inn of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Great House, great location.

Lots of room for us, our adult kids, and grandkids. Property manager was great to work with. All I could ask for in renting a vacation home.

Great house with a bit of 70s nostalgia included. Clean, fully stocked kitchen, accommodating host, lots of water toys and just steps from the beach. Family loved it.

Perfect house & location!

Our family had a great time staying at the Doctors’ Inn! The house is spacious and well equipped. The location is awesome and walking distance to the beach, parks, downtown. Highly recommend staying here, and would love to come back again in the future!

In summer there are paddle boards and kayaks in the garage that can be taken with the little trolley down the street and put into the lake opposite 613 W. Lakeshore drive (my brother’s beach). Also there is Silverwood amusement park, Tubb’s Hill walk, the Trail of the Hiawatha bike ride, and Hudson’s Hamburgers to enjoy. In winter there are several good ski areas nearby. Can't Wait to Come Back

This was the perfect family vacation for us. Everyone had their own space, we fit around the dining table and played games in the living room. We loved being so near the beach and town. I can't recommend this house enough for family vacations.

Cute vintage house in a darling neighborhood!

We loved staying at this home! My kids loved all of the nooks and crannies, and all of the stairs and rooms. Perfect location! Close to the lake and to town. Fast responses and easy to communicate with owners. We loved it here!

Family Home for a Family Vacation

The house was clearly a family home and was a good fit for our family vacation with our three adult children and two grandchildren. Close to the lake and the park which made for an easy walk. Plenty of space for everyone. Well equipped kitchen made for easy meal prep.

Thank you so much. I am sorry weather has been cool this spring in Cd’A. In warm weather there are kayaks and stand up paddle boards that can be taken with a little trolley up to the lake and put in opposite 613 W.Lakeshore which is my brother’s house and beach. Loved the house

A group of us stayed for a dance competition. Loved the openness of the house. There was so much room. Everyone was great to work with.

Coeur d’Alene is a great place in winter if you downhill ski, cross country ski, snowmobile etc. Summer is great with the beach down the street (kayaks and stand up paddle boards in the garage), Silverwood, the Hiawatha bike trail and many other bike trails, Tubbs Hill walk, and of course Hudsons’ Hamburgers! Fantastic Location

Charming place with a wonderful history. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. Accommodating for children but not great for the elderly because of a lot of stairs. Well appointed.

Our home away from home!

Love love love the Doctor’s Inn. I hesitate to write a raving review because selfishly I don’t want to ever lose our annual spot here. This home is a walk back into simpler, lovely, family times. We refer to this house and town as “Our happy place”. Roni, remember to keep our yearly spot please please please!

Thanks for your kind words. Like you, I feel that I walk back into a nice, quiet American small town neighborhood when I stay at my house. The Fort Sherman Chapel, the college, the park, the beach and the shore walks all give it a special atmosphere. I hope that you used the paddleboards and kayaks in the garage. They can be taken by the little trolley and put in the lake opposite 613 Lakeshore Drive which is my brother's beach. Also I hope you did a Tubb's Hill walk, a Mineral Ridge hike, Silverwood, the Hiawatha trail bike ride and of course Hudsons' Hamburgers. Come again to the Doctors' Inn of Coeur d'Alene.

Great location, house was good. Room for everyone.

We have been to Coeur de Alene before and love it. So many things to do there. As for the house, fantastic location. We were not able to us the bedroom on the 3rd floor because it was to warm, no air conditioning. The house itself was great. Great memories were made at this home.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It not only is very close to the beach and city park, but also it is a very spacious home that offers everything you may need for your stay. The house is very clean, communication with property manager was quick and effective. We did not have any problems with anything. It was very interesting to also get to know the history of this home. Would highly recommend.

The Charming Dr's Inn

Lovely period home like walking back in time but charming through and through. This home had a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and tons of space, and was a hit with our family during our reunion in Couer D'Alane this summer. No need to drive to the beach as a short walk brings you to the water's edge in 5 minutes. Would reccommend this for all ages of family members.

Spacious, Clean, and Nostalgic – A Perfect Stay

This was our third time staying at the Dr's Inn, and once again, it did not disappoint. The house is a delightful throwback to the 70's and 80's, which we absolutely love. It's spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Everything we needed was right there, making our stay incredibly convenient and stress-free. The neighborhood is terrific, adding to the overall experience. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and nostalgic stay in Coeur d'Alene. We'll definitely be back!

Girlfriends weekend

We had a great time. 6 best friends, class of 1976. We had no problem with the stairs and walked everywhere in spite of the heatwave. Enjoyed the comfy patio furniture every night and were very grateful for the excellent air conditioning.

COEUR D ALAINE HOUSE

The house was like stepping back in time.....my grandchildren were fasinated with the nooks and crannies.....the .kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in.The bbq would have been nice except for the fact the two tanks were totally empty....we survived....such a great location....we had a great time...thanks for sharing your properry with us.....!

Thank you for your kind words. I had my handicap check the BBQ tanks. The first was indeed empty (sorry). He said the spare tank was full but the connection had not been tightened enough for the needle to penetrate and release the propane flow. I hope you tried Silverwood, Hudson’s Hamburgers, A Tubbs Hill walk, and a bike ride on the Trail of the Hiawatha. Also I hope you knew that there was a corn hole game lawn game in the garage. There are stand up paddle boards and kayaks in the garage that can be taken by the little trolley and put in opposite 613 Lakeshore Drive (my brother’s house and beach up the street). Perfect Location, Perfect Host

We LOVED this property. It is right in the middle of everything. You can walk to the beach, park, downtown, everything. Roni was extremely understanding when we had an unfortunate incident (sick baby) early on the morning of our departure. Roni was available to answer any and all questions immediately. There were so many dishes, the kitchen has everything you need. Enough towels for days! Thank you for sharing your property with us, Roni.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. More people should visit Coeur d’Alene over the holidays and during winter. The holiday lights and celebrations are wonderful. And there are several ski areas nearby that Cd’A can be the home base for a ski trip. Come again to The Doctors’ Inn of Coeur d’Alene!
