Welcome to our newly renovated apartment, a haven of peace in Andalusia, ideally located between the sea and the mountain.
Located on the first floor of a 2-storey building with a lift, our apartment offers a comfortable and modern environment for your stay. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to four people, ideal for families or couples.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals as if at home, with all the necessary utensils at your disposal. Enjoy the reversible air conditioning to cool down during hot summer days or warm up during cooler nights (with time limiter).
Relax on our 25-square-metre furnished terrace, a peaceful spot where you can enjoy your breakfast or simply bask in the Andalusian sunshine. With a reserved parking space, you won't have to worry about finding a place for your car.
High-speed internet access and Smart TV will allow you to stay connected and entertained during your stay. You will also be able to enjoy international channels. Moreover, you will be able to enjoy easy access to the main Andalusian cities, such as Seville, Granada and CĂłrdoba, which are less than two hours away by car.
Just 8 minutes by car is the charming port of La Duquesa, where bars and restaurants abound where you can taste delicious local specialities. Take a walk along the seafront and enjoy the lively atmosphere of this picturesque region.
The centre of Estepona is also just 12 minutes by car, offering many opportunities to take pleasant walks along the seafront. You will be able to enjoy the magnificent landscape and relaxed atmosphere while exploring the shops, cafés and restaurants in the area.
Moreover, several supermarkets are located just 8 minutes by car from the apartment, which makes shopping easy and convenient.
The apartment is located 50 minutes from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar airport.
