This villa is situated in the secured residence " Mas de la Plage l" just 300m from the sea. This is a well presented villa with a lovely mezzanine (2 single beds) upstairs, and downstairs a kitchenett with airco, a bedroom with a double bed and TV, new shower room, toilet separated. There is nice terrace south exposition, one parking place inside the residence.Equipment: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, NESPRESSO, 2 televisions,combinated fridge /freezer, coffee machine, micro-wave, mini oven, toaster; electric plancha, water boiler..iron+board.. one small pet allowed - CLEANING FEES INCLUDED
